TASTING NOTES
Ingredients:
- 1grapefruit, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- a large helping of Gigglemug Gin (50ml)
- Ice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
Method:
1. In a shaker or large glass, mix together the Gigglemug Gin, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice.
2. On a small plate, combine the brown sugar and sea salt.
3. Using the husk of the grapefruit, brush the rim of your glasses and dip them into the sugar-salt mix.
4. Place a generous amount of ice or one large whiskey ice cube in each glass.
5. Top with the gin citrus mix.
6. Finish with sprigs of thyme or rosemary.
