Shipping Details

All of our bottles are sent in specialist recycled bottle protection and then placed in recycled and sturdy outer packaging. This should ensure they arrive in one piece.

 

Deliveries to mainland UK are sent using our delivery partner Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

 

Local delivery may be made by us, to reduce the carbon footprint of our shipments.

 

We aim to despatch your order by the next working day - for next day delivery - for most UK destinations.

 

Unless you specify delivery instructions when making your order, the courier will attempt to leave your item with a neighbour if no one is home.

Online Returns Policy 

Should you have any issues with your order it may be returned for a full refund minus the postage costs. Please get in touch with us via email on info@isleofwightgin.com

 

Your return of the item must be within 10 days of receipt of your order to our address and unless the item is damaged or faulty, you return it to us in a resalable condition; unopened and in the same condition you received it in.

 

Damaged or faulty items

We will refund the return delivery cost and send a replacement item free of charge or refund the order amount. Please inform us of damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of receipt of the product, ideally with photographic proof, and we will refund you within 30 days of your notifying us. 

 

If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return the goods to us.
